Why would I want to spread milkweed in my hunting area?

Some may be concerned about spreading milkweed in their hunting areas.  Fear not, Monarch butterflies need milkweed to survive.  Their caterpillars only eat milkweed plants, and, the butterflies need milkweed to lay their eggs. With changing land management practices, we have lost a lot of milkweed from our landscape.  Not only will growing milkweed help the butterflies, it will also provide you with a source of milkweed to refill your Butterfly Effect pouch!
